Hi, I’m Kristin

Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach

Welcome to Kristin Taylor Fit! I’m a certified personal trainer and fitness coach with many years of experience. I help you train smart, eat right and reach your personal fitness goals with lasting results.

 

I’m a wife, mom to two young (and very active) boys, and lifelong athlete. Originally from the northeast, my family has now settled in Southern California and quickly adapted to the beautiful, healthy, coastal lifestyle. 

 

After my second son was born, I got into the best shape of my life by hiring a personal trainer and focusing on nutrition. It was hard work, but truly life changing for me to see that I can be a mom, be fit and feel the most confident I ever have. I wanted to help other people (especially fellow moms) feel the same way and got my personal training certification shortly after. I’ve trained clients at Equinox Westlake Village, Equinox Newport Beach, Lifetime Laguna Niguel and now privately. I’m CPR and Pre/Post Natal Certified and specialize in Metabolic Conditioning. 

 

While the pandemic created many challenges, I saw an opportunity to start training privately - both in-person and virtually - and have truly discovered my niche. It has been amazing to watch my clients train hard, eat healthy and achieve their fitness goals during this unprecedented time in our lives. And while I am here to inspire, I am equally inspired by my client’s dedication to health and fitness!

Programs

Kickstart Program

A popular option that is perfect for clients looking to lose up to 10 pounds, tone-up and get back to a fit and healthy lifestyle. 

 

Offered either virtually or in-person, this eight week, personalized training program consists of two, one-on-one sessions per week, two independent-programed sessions per week and nutrition guidance.

Living Fit Program

A transformative 12-week fitness, nutrition, and wellness mindset training program all done online.

 

The program includes four personalized strength and conditioning workouts a week, designed to help you lose weight and tone-up; Weekly nutrition guidance and group coaching calls, focusing on one of the three pillars of the program – movement, nutrition, and mindset; and 24/7 support and guidance from me to help you live your fittest and healthiest life!

1:1 Training Sesion

Based on a longer term fitness plan, programs are individually designed according to a clients’ ongoing fitness goals and needs. This option includes a personalized one-on-one workout session and nutrition guidance as requested. 

 

Clients can train two, three or four days a week based on their fitness goals, time and budget. Programs are generally based on a three, six or 12-month plan. This can be done virtually or in-person.

Program Design Only

This virtual personalized fitness program is designed for clients’ looking to achieve their fitness goals remotely using equipment available to them. Each program is two, three or four days per week and is accessed through the True Coach App.

FAQ

Where do you train clients?


I currently train at two different parks. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday I train at Bear Brand Park at Laguna Niguel. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I train at Irvine Terrace Park in Corona Del Mar.




Which program is best for me?


It all depends on your fitness goals, time frame, current fitness level, motivation and budget. The Kickstart program is an 8 week program focusing on losing weight, improving tone and establishing a consistent workout routine. It is in-person or virtual. The Living Fit program is a 12 week transformative program focusing on the three pillars of fitness: workouts, mindset and nutrition. The program is extremely educational, makes you accountable and paves the path to your most healthy and fit life. The workouts are done on your own and includes a weekly group Zoom call. I also offer 1:1 or group training in-person or virtually. I will design a personalized program based on your fitness goals, needs and movement assessment. We will work through your program together to ensure correct form, offer progressions (or regressions), and make sure you are challenged during each session. Lastly, if you are independantly motivated and have workout experience, but still need guidance to achieve your fitness goals, I offer Program Design Only. You wil access your prgram through the True Coach App and wil receive weekly check-ins with me to keep you accountable, offer guidance and and shift the program as needed to ensure you are hitting your goals.

Woohoo! Let's get started! The best way to sign up is by completing the "Train With Me" section on my website. After receiving your form responses, I will contact you regarding next steps. If you opt for in-person training, we will schedule a complimentary consultation and movement assessment. If you opt for Program Design Only we will schedule a 30 minute phone consultation.




What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?


No problem! Just reach out to me via text or in-person and we will reschedule your session as soon as possible. I kindly ask for 24hrs notice, and failure to do so results in a used session. Rescheduled sessions must be rescheduled within the week.
