Kickstart Program
A popular option for clients looking to lose weight, tone up, and return to a fit and healthy lifestyle. This in-person, 12 week, personalized training program consists of two one-on-one sessions per week, two independent programmed sessions per week, and comprehensive nutrition guidance.
Cost: $595 per month
1:1 Training Session
Designed for long-term fitness plans, our programs are individually tailored to meet clients' ongoing fitness goals and needs. This option includes personalized one-on-one workout sessions and nutrition guidance as requested. Each program is designed around each client’s personal fitness goals, time and budget. Clients can train one, two or three days and can be conducted virtually or in-person.
Cost: starts at $95 per session
Group Training Session
Ideal for those who thrive in a community setting, our group training sessions are based on a long-term fitness plan tailored to clients' goals and needs. This option includes personalized group workouts and nutrition guidance as requested. Clients will participate in group sessions one, two or three days a week depending on their fitness goals, time, and budget.
Cost: starts at $240 a month
Transform Program
A comprehensive 12 week fitness, nutrition, and wellness mindset training program conducted entirely online. The program includes four personalized strength and conditioning workouts per week, designed around your fitness goals; weekly nutrition guidance and group coaching calls focused on movement, nutrition, and mindset; and 24/7 support and guidance to help you live your fittest and healthiest life.
Cost: $499 per month
