We are in full-on summer mode around here—long days outside with friends, late nights, sleeping in, NOT packing lunches every day (hooray), and just going with the flow.
But I have to admit, I struggle with the lack of structure and routine that summertime brings. And my fitness routine struggles too. Do you feel the same way?
Do you feel like you’re doing all the right things…
✔️ working out 3-4 days a week
✔️ eating clean
✔️ drinking as much water as you can
✔️ choosing a lower-calorie alcoholic beverage
…but you just aren’t seeing results?
A lot of busy moms are putting in the work. They really are! They’re working out. They’re eating well. They are following the apps, joining the classes, trying the latest diet, etc.
But then why do you struggle to see results?
It all comes down to STRATEGY.
You can work out daily. You can eat all the right things. But, if you lack a strategy, you will not see the results you are after.
You need a program that has strategic programming and a balanced, maintainable approach. You need a science-based strategy that includes workouts that are proven to build muscle, nutrition tweaks that will lead to weight loss, and buildable habits that will enable you to reach your fitness goals and finally be able to take off that beach cover-up with confidence this summer.
If you’re feeling like you’ve been doing all the right things but don’t have the results to show for it, you need a strategy.
Summertime can feel chaotic, but let’s make sure our fitness routines aren’t.
