Countdown For Summer

The countdown for summer is on (50 days to be exact)! 

 

If your spring is anything like mine it's busy. 

 

Our week is filled with end-of-the year events, spring sports are in full effect, and summer break will be here before we know it. 

 

In busy times, two things can happen: 

 

1. Put ourselves and our needs on the back burner

 

OR

 

2. Become so disciplined and stick to our routines and habits and utilize every second in our day.

During this busy season, I have chosen the second option. 

 

Busy seasons are all the more reason for me to stay on track and be thankful that I have created sustainable habits over the years. 

 

I focus on planning my meals and prepping as much as I can on Sunday, getting in my steps at the ball field, making simple swaps when I need to eat out or have fast food, and getting the most out of my day.
