
Happy March! I don’t know about you but I’m getting all the spring feels lately with the weather warming up, more and more people are out and about, I’m seeing pastels everywhere and there just seems to be a new energy. I’m here for it!
This change in weather also makes me think about summer. Do you have some fitness goals you’d like to reach for summer? If feeling confident in shorts and a bathing suit is on your list? Maybe you’re looking to lose those last 10 lbs by summer. If that’s you, here are the top 5 things I would do:
Focus on your steps! I would aim for 8-10k a day
Sleep at least 7-8 hours a night
Strength train 3-4x a week
Eat plenty of protein! I recommend .8-1g of protein for every pound of body weight.
Track your calories and then eat in a deficit
